What minimum order quantity do you support?
We support minimum order 3 pieces and support mixing different styles, sizes, and colors in the whole store. That means you can minimum order any 3 same or different items in the store. Considering the average cost of shipping, the more you buy, the more you save.
Are all items in stock?
Yes, 99% of items are in stock. If any items are out of stock temporarily we would contact you before shipping.
How long will it be taken to prepare orders?
Usually, small quantity orders take 1-3 days, large quantity orders may take a longer time.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS e-packet, Aramex Express, EMS e-Express, SF Express, and China Post Air Mail. We also support other various shipping methods as per customers' unique requirements.

It depends on the shipping method. Express delivery such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex will roughly take 1 week. EMS e-Express usually takes 1-4 weeks. Standard shipping EMS e-packet is available to 39 countries and weight limit 2 kg, it usually takes 2-3 weeks. Standard shipping China Post Air Mail is available to worldwide delivery and weight limit 2 kg, it usually takes around 2-5 weeks.

We support PayPal, Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card, Discover Card, WesternUnion, and Bank Transfer (T/T).
